Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Food Storage Depot. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window: You may request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are not accepted after this period.

Eligible Items: Only non-food merchandise in new condition is eligible for return. Opened, scratched, dented, or used items are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Food Items: For safety and quality control, all food items are non-returnable and final sale.

Return Process:

  1. Request a RAN by emailing contactus@foodstoragedepot.com with your name, contact info, and reason for return.

  2. Pack items securely in their original packaging.

  3. Clearly label the outside of your package with the RAN.

  4. Ship the item back within 10 days of RAN issuance. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 30 days to request a replacement or refund.
