Durable Black 440 Stainless Steel Machete (Full Tang)

This curved-blade machete is made to slash, chop and slice with ease.

The machete is made from 440 stainless steel and comes with the handle wrapped in paracord which provides a more secure grip. 

440 stainless steel is about as tough as it gets. It has a carbon content range between .95% to 1.20% and is considered higher-end steel. This gives it a high wear resistance which makes it ideal for use in an outdoor environments.
 
440 stainless steel will take the sharpest edge and hold it over time. It gains its strength through heat treatment. Because of this it is considered a high carbon alloy steel which makes it abrasion and corrosion resistant.

The attached paracord can also be used to tie, pull, hang or secure just about anything. 

Other features include:

  • An overall length of 15-½”
  • A blade length of 9-½” and a handle length of 5"
  • A 3mm thick blade made of black 440 stainless steel
  • A recurved blade shape with a zigzag serrated spine
  • Blade holes reduce the overall weight
  • A black nylon lanyard to prevent dropping
  • A fitted sheath made of black nylon
